Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. We are bonded and fully covered for liability and crime coverage. Our staff members have clean criminal record checks, are friendly and trustworthy.
What if something in my home is damaged?
We treat your home with the respect and care it deserves, however, accidents do happen. Please notify us immediately upon noticing breakage/damage. Albino Rhino Cleaning Company will take the appropriate action to repair or replace the item, filing insurance claims if appropriate.
How do you access my home?
We encourage all our clients to issue us a key so we can gain access to your home on your scheduled cleaning day. We use a unique client ID number to label all keys and alarm codes. Keys and codes are locked up in our key safe.
How do I pay for your services?
Albino Rhino Cleaning accepts cash or cheque prior to a scheduled clean. We ask that payments be left in a sealed envelope in a designated spot.
Can I leave a tip?
Tipping and gifts are not required or expected. If you choose to leave a gift or tip please clearly mark it and leave it with payment envelope. We are happy to receive positive feedback from you. A note of thanks is greatly appreciated by staff and makes a wonderful gesture.
Do I need to supply cleaning supplies or equipment?
We prefer to use our own supplies and equipment, with the exception of garbage bags. This helps to save your costs of cleaning supplies and prolongs the life of your equipment.
How many people will be cleaning my home?
We work in teams of two for most homes. There may be one or three people depending on the size of your home. You will be assigned a regular scheduled team to ensure the efficiency of cleaning. We will inform you if it is not your regular scheduled team.
What if my cleaning falls on a Holiday?
Albino Rhino Cleaning will contact you to reschedule your cleaning if it falls on a national holiday.
What if I have to cancel a cleaning?
We understand that unforeseen events may occur which will create a need for you to cancel a scheduled appointment. Please notify us 2 business days in advance. (Please refer to our cancellation policy.)
If there is a problem, who do I call?
Please contact Kathy Thomasson, for any problems, issues, concerns or feedback you may have in regards to our cleaning service. You can contact Kathy by telephone, email or by using this sites feedback form. Our goal is to meet and exceed your standards of cleaning. Any suggestions you have to help us improve the quality of your service are greatly appreciated.
How do I apply for a position with your Company?
